Came out too dry and the flavors didn't melt into each other as expected. will not make again.

This was soooooooo good. Me & my husband ate the whole thing. I used Ritz crackers and mild cheddar instead of what was called for tho. I wouldn't change a thing otherwise. I did not find the cauliflower rubbery from microwaving at all as someone else had commented. I will definately make this again.

I mixed cauliflower and broccoli. I wouldn't use so much velveeta cheese next time because it's very runny. But overall it was great. I used more cereal because I'm not a nut eater.

All it needs is a bit more cheese but it's delicious & different take on plain cauliflower.

I mixed some fresh broccoli in also, it was a hit at a recent BBQ

Very dry!! If you decide to make this recipe, do not use nutmeg. It was not the right flavoring!

I found the cauliflower to be way too dry and not cheesy enough.l

Good, but taste is a bit bland - next time I will add hot sauce or more flavorful cheese.

A variation on the topping: crumble up Ritz crackers over the top instead. I've tried it this way as well and it's great! Plus my kids love to help crumble the crackers.
