Family really like this recipe. It is great left over for breakfast with eggs!

This was a solid three and a half. It tastes pretty good. A little shaky as a main dish. It's basically a new version of the loaded potato skins that we all love.

This was OK. It was more like a side dish to me, since the potatoes were more mashed than sliced. It had a good flavor, though.

The recipe tastes as good as it smells coming from the oven. All the ingredients make me think of a super loaded twice-baked (but mashed) potato.

My family enjoyed this easy meal. I also added crushed Ritz crackers with a little bit of butter on the top & it was delicious.

I like this best as a side of scalloped potatoes. I just followed the recipe and left out the ham.

This was excellent! Even my 6 & 3 year old liked it. I did change it a bit. I haved the recipe, sliced the potatoes, cubed ham steak and layered that in an 8X8 pan. I then melted the velveeta and added the sour cream then poured that over the potatoes and ham and topped with parm cheese. Baked at 400 degrees for about 1 hour. (Did not precook the potatoes.) It was very good will make it again!!

This is so good. I put extra spices into the recipe, which gave it more flavor....Very easy to make...and cost effective recipe.
