Easy to make and tasted great. Makes for great leftovers too. 1st night was for dinner. Next day I made "breakfast burritos" and my husband fried some up with eggs. Very versatile!

My family loved this recipe!! I have made it twice. The second time I didn't add ham but sprinkled bacon on top....yummy!!!

It was good, not real hard to make. I used bacon instead of ham. It was alittle bland for me. Needed salt and pepper. I would make it again. Everyone seemed to enjoy it.

I would make this recipe, but add some real cheese. I think it was pretty bland, and with only velveeta for the cheese it didn't seem cheesy enough.

this recipe takes a little time to pull it together, but every time I serve it to guests it is the one dish that people want seconds & thirds. All the ladies always ask for the recipe at the end of the meal. Since it does take a little time to make I serve it at all holiday dinners

This is another very good recipe. I make this once a month. The only change I made was to cut the sour cream in half.
