For our family brunch, I made this with the Herb Frittata, and it was enjoyed by all. It is a repeatable recipe.

It was very good. It makes alot so would be good to fix for company and add a salad and bread. I think bacon bits on top would be good also.

At first I wasn't sure about it, but this was really good. My only problem was that my potatoes were so soft they all ended up mashed.

This is an excellent and easy recipe. I have a 11 month old daughter and she loves it. I added a little more sour cream the second time I made it. The next time I am going to try some bacon in it.

My eight year old son loved this dish, unfortunatly, my husband, 10 year old and I didn't care for it. If I were to make it again, I would use 1/2 the amount of sourcream. Makes the dish too soupy.

I made this out of some leftover scalloped potatoes - just scaled down the other ingredients when I added them. Still turned out great! Think it would definitely be ***** if made from scratch!
