Very good. I actually over cooked the potatoes and forgot the sour cream and it was still good. I had lots of left overs. Would be perfect for a pot luck

I made this for dinner last night. Everyone enjoyed it especially me. I love potatoes, cheese, and sour cream in the first place and this just brought all those things together. I served it with some mandrin oranges and garlic toast and it was the perfect balance.

Horrible...not one of my four kids would eat it...a variation of cheesy potatoes that is a bad imitation.

We had cut it down to 4 servings. It was really easy and the next day we had the leftovers with an egg over it. Really enjoyed the recipe.

This is wonderful! And a great way to use leftover ham! I put everything together a day ahead of time and put in the fridge. I let it set out 30 mins or so to come to room temp and then baked it. Very budget friendly as well.

I altered this recipe. I used 1 Lb of diced ham and 1 medium vidalia onion. Instead of mashing the potatoes, I just left them all sliced and mixed all the ingredients in together, sprinkled grated Parmesan cheese on top and put it in a crock pot on low for about a hour and a half. It was great, it made plenty and best of all my husband loved it!
