I think I found a new passion-baking! This was my first in baking, and I loved it! I messed up and only bought a 3 lb bag of potatoes, but I just used a little less sour cream. I also bought sliced smoked ham, which actually added to it, since the bits got very flavorful! My hubby loved this, enough to have the left overs tonight (now that is a mircle for that picky eater!) I really give this a million stars!!!!

Very good, very filling! Cheddar mixed into the recipe is a great addition!

The entire dish was eaten, need I say more? My family asked that I do this one again soon. I added a bit more cheese by sprinkling cheddar on top.

Awesome. More than enough to feed a family of 5. I have recommended this to EVERYONE I know.

Very good! Next time I would add some veggies and reduce the potatoes.

I loved this recipe & so did my family. it was easier than it looked to be on the recipe. I used regular onions instead of green.

It wasn't the consistency I thought it would be but still tasted good. The taste was like a loaded baked potato. I prepared it the night before so my husband just popped it in the oven and it was ready when I got home.

My family simply loved this recipe, but I used russet potatoes instead because I didn't have the other. It turned out just as good. Plan to make it again and with the red potato.

Love the recipe, but I used the wrong kind of potatoes, so it ended up more like mashed potatoes than scalloped! Very tasty nonetheless.
