I have made this recipe many times and everyone loves it. It's perfect for family and friends that can't cook for themselves. Leftovers heat up wonderfully. I use regular Velveeta and a bit more ham.

Yumn Yum Yum!! I made this for a Iron Chef family Thanksgiving. I didn't win but everyone loved it. I plan on making it for Christmas too.

It was too much work for it not to have been as good as I had it in my mind. It was kind of bland tasting, just missing something.

Very Good. Next time I would cut the cheese to 1/2lb. and the sour cream to 8oz. Otherwise, great!!

Yummm...Close to perfect. Husband gave it a 9.5. I used Idaho potatoes and regular onion and thought it came out great. Will definitely make again!

My husband doesn't care for "scalloped potatoes" but really enjoyed this dish. The kids thought it was great as well. A bit of prep time as I cut up a hame steak and then the potatoes, but it was worth it! Definitely will make this again!

Absolutely wonderful! It's even better reheated. My husband requests it often. He doesn't like left overs but he will gladly eat this for several days!
