We had cut it down to 4 servings. It was really easy and the next day we had the leftovers with an egg over it. Really enjoyed the recipe.

This is wonderful! And a great way to use leftover ham! I put everything together a day ahead of time and put in the fridge. I let it set out 30 mins or so to come to room temp and then baked it. Very budget friendly as well.

I altered this recipe. I used 1 Lb of diced ham and 1 medium vidalia onion. Instead of mashing the potatoes, I just left them all sliced and mixed all the ingredients in together, sprinkled grated Parmesan cheese on top and put it in a crock pot on low for about a hour and a half. It was great, it made plenty and best of all my husband loved it!

This is fantastic. I have made it and taken it to several potlucks and it's always polished off. I don't think I would eat it as just a meal. to me it's more of a potluck side dish type thing. Either way it's delicious! I have also skipped the ham and crumbled bacon on top. mmmm so yummy!

VERY good! My whole family loved it. I am making it tonight for a family that just had a baby. I bring a meal to all the new moms I know and this is a perfect dish.

I made this for Easter dinner and my husband actually ate it! He doesn't like scalloped potatoes but this didn't look like scalloped potatoes, so he tried it and liked it. I'll make this again and again.

My whole family loved this! I served it as the entree and added a salad with it for a great meal!
