A little bland tasting, might use a little more dressing and marinate the fish before cooking next time.

My kids loved this, and they usually complain when I cook fish. I used flounder fillets and the kraft balsamic with olive oil dressing. Delicious!

It was great! My husband was wary of the cheese-fish combo, and I was wary, because I'm not a big fish fan, but we both loved it. Even better, our kids did!

I also used haddock fillets and used extra dressing and marinaded it in that for a couple of hours before cooking it. While it cooked I sauteed shallots, garlic and the fresh baby portabello mushroom slices. I put those on top after the 25 min. and also used 1 cup of the no fat mozarella cheese. For an added crunchy layer, I put some whole grain Pepperidge Farm croutons in my food processor and made them into crumbs and layered that on top of the cheese. It was so good, I recommend to fish haters and lovers alike to try it this way...so good!!!! Thanks to all the member reviews for your good suggestions that helped me make this choice.

I used Tilapia , changed the dressing to 4 Tbsp. of fat free italian dressing and changed the cheese to 1/4 cup of fat free shredded mozzarella. It was great! I'm on weight watchers and it's 2 points per serving. I was able to have two servings for dinner.

I made this 2/11/09 and it was astoundingly delicious! It also was quick and easy! I would highly recommend this for anyone and my wife says we should give it three stars (on our rating system - we give it five on this rating!)
