I used tilapia with this recipe and it was a nice mild flavor. I thought the mozzarella and mushrooms seemed like and odd mix on fish but it ended up good. The itallian dressing helped keep it moist too. Will most probably make again.

This recipe was good, it just needed a little more flavor for my taste, so I just added some seasoning. My husband like it and I'll do it again.

My husband LLLOOOVVVEEEDDD this recipe. Even my 18month old loved it. It was so flavorful. I added a bit more italian dressing than what was called for. I also used orange roughy instead of the cod. I recommend this one highly!!!! It has been added in as one of our regular meals.

Fantastic! I have made this a few times with Tilapia now and even non-fish people love it. It's so easy to make that you don't even need the recipe - just throw the ingredients in and go. Prep time may even be less than the 5 minutes suggested.

This was so easy and the taste is wonderful. I substituted tilapia for the recipe and its a big hit every time we have it!

My fiancee' loved this recipe and wanted me to make it again this weekend. We used whiting as an alternative, I will definitely use more mushrooms and cheese next time, but I loved the simplicity and deliciousness of this recipe.
