Not bad. It's good for something quick and easy. Although I found that when it cooked, the dressing burned where it wasn't on the fish and made the fish stick to the pan around the edges even though I had sprayed cooking spray in it.

I used frozen mahi-mahi fillets from Sam's CLub - my 10 year old son LOVED this as well as my husband. They request it again and again. Since I have been using recipes from karftfoods.com like this one, we don't eat out anymore. My husband says I cook better than 5 star resturants.

I MADE THIS RECIPE LAST NIGHT AND WAS SO AMAZED TO HOW MUCH FLAVOR IT HAS. I'M FROM MAUI, HI AND I MADE THIS RECIPE WITH FROZEN MAHI-MAHI FILLETS, I ADDED SOME FRESH CHUNKS OF PINEAPPLE AND TOP IT WITH DICED MACADAMIA NUTS. IT WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! TRY IT. I WILL BE MAKING THIS RECIPE FROM NOW ON. THANK YOU...

My family loves it! I use fresh Bass (we live in Mississippi) or Talapia from the supermarket. Great recipe!

I made this recipe for my boyfriend and myself and we both loved it. I used "BASA" fish and it was very good. The recipe is so easy. I will make it again.

This was good - I used frozen tilapia and also used a little more dressing than called for, but it all turned out great. Even my 4 year old liked it!

I have always had trouble making fish at home. This dish was SO EASY and SO DELICIOUS! I used Flounder and I can't wait to fix it again, it could become a weekly staple at my dinner table!

This is a great recipe. My husband's friend was here the first night I tried it and he always asks when we are having it again. Very easy too.
