Everyone loved it! Both my husband and I are on a high-protein/low-carb plan after WLS and this recipe fits in perfectly. I used reduced fat shredded cheese instead. Absolutely scrumptuous! Can't wait to make it again. :-)

Delicious, delicious... I made this dish twice already. The first time I had the fish sliced into strips and didn't cook while frozen, and it turned out really good. My guests love it... The second time, I made it with more mushrooms and cheese, and it turned out really good too. Everyone loves it. I will definitely make it again.

I used Largemouth Bass and fixed this for company that included those not particularly fond of fish but they loved it. It has just the right blend of flavors to enhance the fish but not overpower it. The fresh mushrooms really made it dish.
