Cheesy Mushroom-Fish Bake

Fantastic! I seasoned the fish with salt, pepper, and garlic powder and skipped the italian dressing.

This is awesome...super fast and tasty and healthy?? I wish I had this recipe years ago! Season your fillets. I used salt, pepper, garlic and onion powders. I broiled the fish in the last step to get the cheese and mushrooms nicely browned. Next time I'll try parmesan instead of mozzarella.

I could barely taste the Italian dressing, but I don't think I will use it next time...maybe just garlic & onion. I used 2% cheddar and it was quite tasty.

This was great. I put garlic and onion powder on the fish along with more of the italian dressing. I'll saute the mushrooms and onions first before I add them the next time. This was really great. We all enjoyed it.

I made this with Pangasius filets which I had never heard of, but they were amazing! I will absolutely make this again!

I made this last night and it was wonderful. I did make some changes - I drenched the fish with the dressing and baked for 15 minutes. While it was baking I put the mushrooms in the skillet with butter and garlic and sauteed. When I took the fish out, I poured the mushrooms over the fish and covered each fish completely with the cheese, baked for 2 more minutes. Fabulous, thanks!

So easy and my husband loved it! Next time I will use foil to make clean-up faster.

I use more dressing and cheese than the recipe and it's quite good. Some lemon juice is also a good addition. Nice quick dish.
