Cheesy Mushroom-Fish Bake

This took no time and was very good. I used a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkled Kraft Good Seasons Italian dressing mix on top instead. Delicious!!!

I made this with cobbler fish and canned mushrooms. I didn't have any mozzarella so i used cheddar. It was great.

Quick,easy and everyone liked this. I used cod but any fish would taste great.

This was simple and delicious. I added more Italian dressing and used asiago cheese instead of the mozzarella to punch up the flavor. It's a great weeknight meal.

Very good, my husband and I liked the recipe, I will make it again soon.

Good way to get fish in your diet.

This was a really great, quick recipe. I'm always looking for different options with seafood and this was perfect for a busy week night. No defrosting or real prep work involved and my husband loved it!

Was really good! My hubby makes THE BEST sauteed mushrooms, they are sooooooooooo yummy! (Mushrooms, then finely cuts shallots, onion, garlic in butter & splash of wine). He said next time maybe make those to pour over the fish instead of just the regular mushrooms? The dish was great the way it was, but maybe we'll try that next time and see how that goes? I would definately make the reg. recipe again tho :) OH.... also we used sea bass that he caught on his fishing trip :)

This recipe turned out better than i expected. I followed the recipe and did not thaw the fish; there was water left over to keep the fish moist but it was not a big deal. i would recommend thawing the fish only if you are going to add extra dressing. The mushrooms give it a nice taste. I didnt have mozzarella cheese on hand so i used monteray jack cheese and it turned out great. The next time i make this i will marinate the fish with dressing for a few hours (for more flavor), thaw the fish, and add extra dressing. Overall it was a great recipe! i highly recommend that you try it!
