I made this dish minus the mushrooms, since my son doesn't care for them. I used tilapia, and it was excellent! The fish was perfectly cooked, and what a blessing to be able to use the filets frozen! This will be a regular in our home. I served it with brown rice and green beans, and voila~! a healthy meal was born!

We eat fish religiously about once a week. This recipe has been made a few times and will be made again. Simple cause you can use frozen fish and does not call for me many ingredients. Its a keeper.

This was pretty tasty and a nice change from the same old boring fish recipes.

This was okay. I wasn't too crazy about the cheese on it, but after reading all of the reviews, I had to try it. The dressing and mushrooms were fine, but if I make it again I'll omit the cheese or add something else instead. But...it did get my 9-year old daughter to try fish and she actually had seconds! Amazing!

I used halibut filets. We actually had this for the 4th as something different. My stepfather even liked it, despite his reservations to putting cheese on fish. My brother said his favorite part was the mushrooms and they are complimented well by the salad dressing. I will try this again!!

I loved this recipe. I used Cod (inexpensive) and I added a couple of dashes of Old Bay Lemon & Herb Seasoning. I have a family of 4 (2 are teenage boys) and my only complaint was that there wasn't enough really. Next time, I will double or triple the recipe.

I have never liked fish but I keep trying cause I know it's so good for you. This recipe was the first time I liked the fish. The Italian dressing took all that fishy smell/taste away and it was good. I used Talapia for the fish.
