I use gravy mix instead of beef broth, saute onions and garlic with meat, and use cream cheese in the potatoes. It is very tasty that way.

This was very bland. I think it would definitely be better with onion and some added spices. I would not follow this recipe again.

I made this at home for my parents. My dad loved it! I substituted some brown gravy for the beef broth and it turned out really well.

This recipe was simple to make and very tasty. There are a lot of picky eaters in my family; my dad ate 4 servings alone and my 78 year old grandmother who is the biggest critic loved it as well.

I have tried this recipe twice. The first time I prepared as directed and it was a little bland. The second time I added one packet of Good Seasonings salad dressing mix to the meat mixture and kept everything else the same. It was great! My husband even took the leftovers for lunch! This one is a keeper!

I made this last night and followed the directions to the letter. I loved the mashed potatoes however the meat/veggie mixture could have used some seasoning such as garlic and onion. Next time I am going to add some to the mix. I will make this again for my family.

I used left over mashed potatoes for the topping. Everyone loved it - even my picky eater!
