This recipe was very bland and I thought it would have a saucier consistency. My husband and I had to add lots of salt and pepper just to eat it! I will only use 2 cups of veggies and maybe add some BBQ sauce to the meat mixture. I will say that the potatoes turned out quite tasty.

When its warm it not very flavorful. When it is cold its very salty.

This was really good! I love the tang that the sour cream added. We used a mashed potato mix that was low-calorie but it was just as good and made it even easier.

i make this at least once a month. we like the potatoes with out sour cream, but with extra butter, and a little more cheese added through out the mixture instead of just on top. definitely use the low sodium broth and this last time i used ground turkey instead of beef and it was a nice, leaner, change of pace
