I made this tonight. It was not easy, and tasted so bland. Not a whole lot of flavor at all. In my family of 5 only 1 finished her meal and that was my 10 month old and she only ate the potatoes. I was so disappointed in this meal. I bought a food processor just for this meal. What a waste!!!!

My family really loved this recipe. I slightly altered it by using low fat sour cream instead of the cottage cheese, which made the potatoes extra creamy and flavorful. I also used a veggie mixture of carrots, corn, green beans, and lima beans instead of brocoli and carrots. I would definitely recommend this dish to others.

I made this for supper tonight for my husband and me and cut the recipe down to two servings which I put into individual casseroles. I used ground turkey and did not sprinkle extra cheese on top to reduce the fat content. It came out moist, seasoned well, and the potatoes were creamy.

I subsituted the ground beef for ground turkey and it was awesome, The turkey was much tender and it's better for you. This recipe is great.

The recipe had a delicious flavor. My boyfriend loved it. I used a mixture of frozen peppers and petite peas.
