This was my first try at Shepherds Pie. My husband loved it. Relatively easy to make.

I am a big lover of shephard's pie but my kids do not particularly like mashed potatoes so instead I made it with yellow rice and mixed some mushroom gravy into the hamburger and they gobbled it up!

This recipe was very bland and I thought it would have a saucier consistency. My husband and I had to add lots of salt and pepper just to eat it! I will only use 2 cups of veggies and maybe add some BBQ sauce to the meat mixture. I will say that the potatoes turned out quite tasty.

When its warm it not very flavorful. When it is cold its very salty.

This was really good! I love the tang that the sour cream added. We used a mashed potato mix that was low-calorie but it was just as good and made it even easier.
