Great easy dinner that even my picky 7 year old will eat! I substituted ground turkey for the ground beef, and used instant mashed potatoes to quicken the prep time.

I used canned mixed veggies & it went over very well, but next time I will use frozen. Also used cottage cheese instead of sour cream, only because that's what I had on hand. Delicious!!

I liked the recipe, the only thing I changed was the sour cream. I used low fat cream cheese, and it tasted great. I would recommend this recipe to everyone.

My husband, son and I loved this updated version as I am always looking to reduce fat and calories. While browning the meat I added a little chopped shallot that I had and it gave the recipe a little sweet flavor - very good! I will definitely be making this recipe again!

When I brought this dish over to my boyfriend's house he sang its (my) praises. We both really liked this comfort dish. I did however add seasoning to the meat and veggies without which I think the dish would have been subpar.
