Awesome, I added 1 small chopped onion to the beef mixture and salt to the mashed pototoes.

This was the first time I ever made Shepperds pie and it was real easy and really good. I will be making this again.

This was my 1st time making shepherds pie and it most def will not be my last. This recipe was GREAT! The only thing i did differently was added some worcestershire sauce, added onions, and some mushrooms and it was perfect. Everyone thought it was fantastic!

This recipe was really good. I added more meat to it though. The fresh veggies also made it taste really good and flavorful. The low sodium beef broth I used did not even make a difference in flavor! It was great to eat something that tasted salty and not worry about the sodium. It took a really long time to make however. My husband and I ate the leftovers the next day for lunch. It was really great!

We did not like the flavor of the potato topping. We'll stick with the original recipe.

Very good but I changed it some. I cooked with ground turkey, one chopped onion, four crushed garlic cloves, some Italian seasoning plus salt to taste. I boiled the potatoes in chicken broth and drained, they were great with one cup of the fat free sour cream, plus the garlic and cheese. After cooking the turkey mixture, I then added fat free cream of celery soup, some water, plus the frozen mixed veggies, scooped it into a baking dish, covered with the mashed pototoes and baked. Very tasty ;)

Great easy dinner that even my picky 7 year old will eat! I substituted ground turkey for the ground beef, and used instant mashed potatoes to quicken the prep time.

I used canned mixed veggies & it went over very well, but next time I will use frozen. Also used cottage cheese instead of sour cream, only because that's what I had on hand. Delicious!!
