I liked the recipe, the only thing I changed was the sour cream. I used low fat cream cheese, and it tasted great. I would recommend this recipe to everyone.

My husband, son and I loved this updated version as I am always looking to reduce fat and calories. While browning the meat I added a little chopped shallot that I had and it gave the recipe a little sweet flavor - very good! I will definitely be making this recipe again!

When I brought this dish over to my boyfriend's house he sang its (my) praises. We both really liked this comfort dish. I did however add seasoning to the meat and veggies without which I think the dish would have been subpar.

I made this recipe the other night and I did not care for it. The potoes were okay, it need some more flavor. The meat & veggies were not wonderful. It need a lot more flavor. However my husband said it was good. If I was to make this again I will definitely add a lot more spices to it.

I made this recipe and my kids actually ate it! They aren't really into casseroles but we bribed them with crescent rolls and they ate it. Very easy to prepare, very tasty and great for leftovers!

This was very good and easy to make. Instead of lean ground beef, I made it with ground turkey meat and it was delicious!
