I made this as directed, however, I added about 2 tablespoons Worchestshire Sauce to the meat & increased the amount of flour to thicken the broth. It was delicious. Next time I will make it a day ahead & just cook it when short of time.

My husband loved this dish! I substituted sour cream for the cottage cheese, and added spices to the meat. My 5 and 1 year-olds gobbled it right up!

I made this and I added a little pepper and dales seasoning to the meat when it was cooking. I would make it again but without the cottage cheese.
