My husband loved this dish! I substituted sour cream for the cottage cheese, and added spices to the meat. My 5 and 1 year-olds gobbled it right up!

I made this and I added a little pepper and dales seasoning to the meat when it was cooking. I would make it again but without the cottage cheese.

I made this for St. Pat's day and also used ground turkey and sour cream. It was REALLY bland. It needs some kind of spice and I am not sure what would work.

Overall, dish was ok, but very bland. I used ground turkey and sour cream. You might want to use regular cheese b/c the low fat won't melt. If you make it be sure to use less veggies and add spice.

I used fresh veggies and saute them with the gound beef. Shredded carrot, chopped onion and green pepper plus tossed in some frozen peas before putting together.

It was a little bland - needed more seasoning in the meat. Next time I make it I won't use as many veggies.
