I love the unpeeled mashed potatoes with garlic! The casserole was so easy to make that I fixed it before work so I could nuke it for lunch. I'm afraid I have to have a bit more seasoning. I added salt, but seasoned salt would work well, too.

I didnt not use cottagecheese or sour cream. But first browned the meat with seasonings. Then added some frozen veggies with a can of beef gravy to the ground beef. Made instant potatoes on the side. Placed the meat mix in a cake pan, and putting the potatoes on top like frosting a cake. baked for 30 min or bubbly... and let me tell you this is the first time there were NO LEFTOVERS!!

This was delicious, but next time I will definitely brown the beef with an onion and some salt and pepper to make it a little tastier .

Yummy - I made this on a bed of uncooked Bisquick dough and mixed sour cream in store- bought real mashed potatoes, making this a quick/easy recipe. Great with gravy and the biscuit crust.

Yummy and fillling! I used light sour cream instead of cottage cheese. By accident I used 3/4 of a cup of cheese, and I would make it that way again. I only used carrots, about 1-1/2 cups. I plan on making this again for a St. Patty's party.

I made this recpie with a few modifications...low fat sour cream instead of cottage cheese, and bbq sauce mixed with the ketchup...lots of seasonings in the ground beef...but the basic recipie was the same...I made it so that I could eat it for the next few days, but to my surprise, my boyfriend finished the ENTIRE dish the same night...it was a hit! It did take a bit longer that I thought it might, but it was worth it.

The whole family loved it. I didn't have cottage cheese so I used sour cream.

This recipe took a lot effort, dirtied a lot of dishes and the end result smelled foul and tasted awful.

I made this meal twice once with ground beef and the next with ground chicken and both came out very nice. This recpie was great and EASY!! I used sour cream with the potatoes and didn't use the cheese on top. My family loved it!
