The whole family loved it. I didn't have cottage cheese so I used sour cream.

This recipe took a lot effort, dirtied a lot of dishes and the end result smelled foul and tasted awful.

I made this meal twice once with ground beef and the next with ground chicken and both came out very nice. This recpie was great and EASY!! I used sour cream with the potatoes and didn't use the cheese on top. My family loved it!

I made this tonight. It was not easy, and tasted so bland. Not a whole lot of flavor at all. In my family of 5 only 1 finished her meal and that was my 10 month old and she only ate the potatoes. I was so disappointed in this meal. I bought a food processor just for this meal. What a waste!!!!

My family really loved this recipe. I slightly altered it by using low fat sour cream instead of the cottage cheese, which made the potatoes extra creamy and flavorful. I also used a veggie mixture of carrots, corn, green beans, and lima beans instead of brocoli and carrots. I would definitely recommend this dish to others.

I made this for supper tonight for my husband and me and cut the recipe down to two servings which I put into individual casseroles. I used ground turkey and did not sprinkle extra cheese on top to reduce the fat content. It came out moist, seasoned well, and the potatoes were creamy.
