The meat and veggies had a very bland taste but the garlic potatoes and cheese topping saved the meal. Would make just the garlic potatoes as a side dish for a different meal next time.

My family loved this recipe! I made a few changes...instead of ground beef I used ground turkey and chicken broth instead of beef broth. Once served on a plate, I drizzled some chipotle sauce over it. My husband absolutely loved it! If you like it spicy I definitely recommend the chipotle. It's delicious!!!

I would make additional changes it was a little bland but with a little added flavorings it was very good.

My husband loved this meal. He kept going back for more! I think next time I will try adding a little onion to the hamburger as someone suggested. I will definitely make this again.

We really liked this recipe. I did add some onion and green pepper to the hamburger after it was browned and I would definitely recommend that. Seemed like it might have been a little bland otherwise. But with that small addition it was very very good! I will be making this one again!
