This dish is delicious, easy to make and easy to serve. Thanks for the recipe!

My husband and I really liked this recipe, but next time we will dice up some onion and cook the ground beef with it, and maybe even some tomato instead of the ketchup.

I had to make a few substitutions because my granddaughter shouldn't have gluten or dairy. i used corn starch for flour and 1/4 cup of beef broth for the sour cream. I added a little basil and parsley flakes to the meat mixture for flavor and topped with Greel seasoning instead of cheese. I served the cheese one the side for those who could eat dairy. no leftovers -- will defititely make again!

I have made this for many years with a few changes. Instead of mixed vegetables I use creamed corn (3 cans) on the bottom, then add the hamburger seasoned how you like it (I use salt, pepper,a little garlic and onion)next and top with mashed potatoes and then velveta cheese. Of course this is not low calorie but it is comfort food at it's best. Even better the next day

Way too bland...needs some spices! Added worcestershire and fresh ground pepper.

I have made this a number of times already and passed it on to friends. We love it. I didn't use red potatoes, just regular potatoes.

Delicious and easy. Leftovers were excellent two days later.

This is a family favorite! Instead of the potatoes and garlic, I use two packages of Sour Cream & Chive Instant Mashed Potatoes, and add the cheese to it. I also add a dash of Worsheshire Sauce to the meat mixture when I add the ketchup, veggies, etc. The BEST mixed veggies are from Schwan's. Very tasty!

I think this was a great recipe in some ways, and not so great in others. The biggest thing I didn't like was the frozen vegetables. They had a funny taste to them.
