Browned chicken in olive oil, sliced each breast into 2 or 3 long strips.Remove from skillet & add 1 can of diced tomatoes, 1 can of Italian style stewed tomatoes, 1 med onion chopped, & 1 tsp chicken boullion, 1 cup rice. Bring to boil, add chicken, cover & bake 45 min in 400 degree oven. Remove lid, sprinkle with generous cup of Kraft 4 cheese Mexican style cheese, and bake till melted.

I make this all the time. It is one of my husband's favorites. Always very flavorful, and such an easy quick meal.

My favorite dish ever! The smell of the cilantro and garlic as it cooks will bring you into the kitchen from another room! You will finish your last bite wanting more!

Half the amount of rice to tomatos. If you use 1 can of tomatos, use 1 cup of rice.

very easy to make. My mother took the recipe home with her. I was able to make more chicken breasts but kept the same amount of rice and tomatoes.

It was pretty good - kind of bland. I would add more seasonings and spices next time.

Lacked flavor and came out dry. I threw away all the leftovers.

This recipe lacks a lot of flavor. I had to throw out the leftover chicken breast because it wasn't worth saving.

Very good recipe! Definately make sure to add 2tsp of Basil and Oregano for flavor to the rice and tomatoes...
