I added some modifications to this recipe and it came out superb... I baked the potato cubes with garlic powder in the oven with some evoo and added bacon tidbits halfway thru. As far as the meet goes i pre marinated it with italian dressing, garlic poweder and adobo.. after browning the meet i added the potato mixture, added a little italian dressing for texture and voi la... delicious...

The dressing wasn't enough flavor.

It was good but not something we would try again.

This has become a once a week meal in our home. Found that marinating the meat in the vinaigrette for a few hours before hand makes it even better.

Reminds me of beef stew in a skillet. No too tasty.

This tasted great and was easy. You should microwave the potatoes for a few minutes first before you add them to the stir fry, they cook quicker that way.

Very good but didn't have much flavor. I had to add about 3/4 cup of dressing before I got much flavor. Good but tasted...like a "good-for-you" meal.

I made this recipe and it was a huge hit with the entire family...from my 4-year old son to my 65 year old Dad. It was quite special. I used only a fraction of the mushrooms.
