My family was pleasantly suprised and said definately MAKE AGAIN!!!
this recipe was just awful it was completely bland and when i added more dressing it just made it worse i will never make this again
I guess I did not cut the potatoes small enough, after cooking for 45 min. they were still not done enough.The flavor was good with the dressing and the steak was tender. I also added fresh garlic and sauteed it along with the onions when I cooked the steak.
My boyfriend & I had the grand idea of making dinner one night - seeing as how he's a meat and potatoes kind of guy and I wanted something a little less manly than a big ol' steak, this was a great middle-of-the-road compomise. We actually ended up burning it but we used the dressing in order to "fix" it. We ate just about all of it!
This was ok, not a lot of flavor. I doctored it up and the family ate it. I think it would be better if the steak was marinated. I also didn't like the potatoes so mushy. Maybe if you keep the lid off the pan to cook the potatoes they would taste better.
no flavor - way to bland
this turned out pretty good. I did use a lot of potatoes and I also put a can of crispy corn in the mix. It gave it a good flavor.
I followed the recipe exactly and it was tasty and my husband loved it. It definitely is more like beef stew than a stir fry. It was easy and quick and we liked that it was a healthy meal.
It was good but I had to add more dressing, garlic, I even added zesty italian. I would consider this a stew. It is okay, but it needs alot of added things!
We love this one! I speed it up by putting the diced potato and carrots in the microwave for a bit.
