I thought the recipe sounded wonderful, especially for my husband. It was okay. Not sure if I would make it again.

This recipe was great. Next time I will add some brown sugar to BBQ sauce to sweeten it up!!!

My husband is a very, very picky eater. He hates onions, sour cream, tomatos, potatos, etc., etc...everything I love and it makes it very difficult to cook for him. Plus I don't eat meat aside from chicken so that really limits my options. However, we both absolutely love this chicken! My husband actually requested I make it two days in a row and I had no objections to that. So simple and so flavorful. This dish will be made several times for years to come.

LOVED this! The chicken turned out juicy and perfect; it was full of flavor and just a little spicy. I'm thinking about trying some different sauces, like maybe dijon mustard or an Oriental sauce next time. This was EASY, QUICK AND DELICIOUS.

This is our new favorite chicken recipe. It has a nice kick, even without barbeque sauce, and it's very juicy. It's super easy to make, and cleanup is a snap if you line the baking sheet with aluminum foil. We eat the chicken as grown-up chicken nuggets and we've put the strips on a bun. We have not yet tried as a salad, but I bet it would be wonderful.
