These are absolutely the most delicious brownies I've ever had! They're more like a gourmet dessert than just a brownie though, and SO easy to make. My college-age son is even making them now!

I made this recipe 3 times in 3 weeks. That alone speaks for itself. These brownies are unique, both in flavor and texture. You won't be disappointed!

I served this at a dinner party and the guests LOVED it! It was easy to make, although when I tested the brownie with a toothpick I never had "fudgy crumbs." The brownie turned out a little dry around the outside edges, but it was still VERY moist. My guests have requested the recipe! It's definitely a keeper!!

These truly are the best brownies I've ever had. If you don't like raspberry - leave it out, although I loved it with the jam. I will be keeping this recipe with my special stash! I get a raspberry brownie from a local, high-end bakery and these are even better! So fudgy!

Wonderful treat for entertaining or keeping all to yourself! Be careful greasing the foil, only grease half way up, a bit of it mixed with my chocolate on top! Did not affect the recipe at all though, also I used 1/2c of the jam... I love raspberry, and it didn't seem like too much!! ENJOY!!
