BETTER TIPS OR GRILLING SEAFOOD: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Than peel and de-vain shrimp, leaving the tail on so as NOT to dry out from over cooking, as it's smaller than the rest of the body. Place shrimp on (home made) (grow your own or can be found in many stores as well) "LEMON GRASS" (soaked in House Italian Reduced Fat Dressing ) cut on one end at a 45 or more degree angle to make a point on one end of the skewers for easier use and handling. Carefully place the skewers on the rack of grill. NOTE, the end of the skewer that has no shrimp on it, put down tin foil on the grill under that end only while grilling, (under the broiler on on top of it) the lemon grass will not burn this way. Use lemon juice with this one as well. Grill for 1-1/2 min. on each side or until shrimp turn pink.
