It was not a bad recipe just a little salty and breaded for my taste.

I did add salt and about 1 tsp of Mrs. Dash (the orig.) I put only two eggs in and 1/2 cup of water. I did these alterations after reading a few of the ratings. This was the first time I ever made salisury steaks and I think they were great. I made brown gravy instead of the other sauce. A+

The first time I made this I followed the recipe... it was good. The second time I made it, I added two tbs. bar-b-que sauce & the worcestershire to the meat mixture, then sauteed some mushrooms & added a jar of beef gravy...it was delicious!

this is a perfect recipe for those times when there isn't a lot in the fridge. My family loved it

Very good. I would definitely make it again! It is like a mixture of meat loaf and bbq. I split the recipe in half and I still made 7 good size patties.

You definitely have to like barbeque as the flavor was very strong (too strong for me). If I made this again I would definitely have to cut back on the bbq sauce.

I have 4 teenagers with much different tastes. I was happy to see that all four as well as my husband wanted seconds and asked for it the next week as well. Very good dinner.

My boyfriend and I really liked this recipe. I made it a few times now. I use 96% lean beef to make it super healthy. I also use whole wheat stove top. Tastes great on a bun also!

My husband liked it and my son thought it was just 'ok'....but I personally didn't like it at all. I think a whole meatloaf baked in the oven would have been easier. The patties ended up really thick and didn't get done enough inside by the time they were really done on the outside....so I put it in the oven with the sauce....just wasn't that great.

i just made this for the first time, and my boyfriend absolutely loves it. he wants me to add this recipe to his favorites list. i halfed the recipe- using 1 lb of ground beef and it made 7 patties. i do like this recipe instead of calling it meatloaf- in this recipe you can monitor and adjust the cooking of the meat, add more bbq sauce if needed during cooking, and is overall faster. i also substituted A-1 steak sauce instead of worchestersire, just because i didn't have any. i highly recommend this recipe.
