While this recipes is fair I feel that it could have less calories and less fat and maintain good flavor. I would cook the beef in cooking spray first. Next I would drop the stuffing mix and instead of barbeque sauce I would use fat free gravy. To be healthy you must be able to maintain a diet. At 280 calories for 4 ounces of meat is not good. I like your recipes and I like your products. Please review these healthy recipes and get rid of some of the calories and fat. Thank you so much for your wonderful e-mail recipes.

My entire family enjoyed this recipe. I have very picky eaters in my home and all of them loved this. All I can say this recipe is a definite keeper.

The Stove top stuffing made this meat soooo good that my family was eating it before I could put gravy on it!!!

This was a hit with my family! Even my picky eater 5 year old asked for seconds. This will go in the family cookbook to enjoy for many many years. I look forward to the day when my 5 year old gives this recipe to his wife!!!

Loved the taste. But would be nice to have about half amount for a family of 4. I just froze half and will be warming it up next week.
