Chocolate PHILADELPHIA Tunnel Cake

Chocolate PHILADELPHIA Tunnel Cake recipe
I made this twice. Once for a co-workers b-day and then for my Dad's b-day. I added chocolate chips in the cream cheese mix the second time around. It was loved both ways.

Easy to make. A delightful change from plain chocolate cake. My family loved it.

Very easy and so delicious! I did however have some trouble with the recipe. The cake boiled up and over the tube pan and was not done after 45 minutes. It was a very humid day and I was using a new silicone pan. I will make this again but will use only one 8oz package of cream cheese. Took it to work on my birthday and everyone loved it. Said it tasted like a cheesecake. It was also very pretty.

Made this for a xmas party last year, and they requested I bring it again this year, added some chocolate chips into the cake mix, and it was great. Everyone seemed to love it, will be making again.

Very moist, very rich and GREAT with fresh coffee or a cold glass of milk. I made this today for my mother-in-law's birthday party tonight. Everyone raved over it. The icing is yummy and perfect with it. I'll be making this one again, definitely. Oh, and I grated fresh chocoloate curls over the icing...beautiful.

This is actually the third time I'm making this cake. It is easy and easy to impress! If you want a no brainer cake with a twist, this is great! I make it for when I'm potlucking and hosting.

This is excellent~! Of course it depends a lot upon the quality of chocolate cake you get. But just the concept itself opens so many doors! And it looks so elegant.

A coworker made this cake for a birthday in the office and it is really delicious. Very moist and not too sweet. Already had one piece this morning but will go for seconds later on!! :)

This cake is awesome. I have made it three times and it never fell apart. I put the cream cheese glaze in frig to harden and then scoop it on and I keep the caek in the frig. I love rich desserts and my kids and husband love it too.

I made this cake for my son's girlfriend's birthday. I did add more sugar to the filling(increased to 3/4 cup) and we all loved it! In fact, he wants me to make it again, real soon!
