Tomato Bisque

My cream cheese never melted all the way. I strained it but there were still white things floating in it. I didn't think it tasted that different from regular tomato soup made with milk.

This is so easy and incredibly delicious!

My husband fell in love with this soup. It could not be easier to make! You could add many ingredients to this recipe and make it as fancy as could be.

This is excellent as is... want something even better? Instead of using water, try using half and half... Want to take it to another level? Throw in some small cooked shrimp... Then stand back and gather your complements. I've made this before, then went to a fancy restaurant the tried their shrimp bisque... IT TASTED THE SAME... but was ten bucks a bowl!

GREAT EASY RECIPE FOR BUSY WORKING FAMILIES. REAL GOOD WITH FRENCH BREAD AND SLICE OF BUTTER AND A GLASS OF ICE TEA!!
