It was my first time making it, I cut the boneless chicken breasts into strips, I added 2 tbs of chicken bouillon seasoning, came out really good! My husband looved it.

This recipe is lacking flavor. I agree with the previous post that it would be better to make the mac & cheese and then stir in the chicken and veggies. The mac & cheese tastes very bland compared to when you make it using the directions on the box.

The "Not very good" rating for this recipe is still too high of a rating but that was the lowest I could choose from. I have no idea what on earth this mess turned into. The noodles were mushy, the chicken got way overcooked and if you don't stir it extremely well the cheese powder stays clumped on the vegetables and chicken. I would suggest making the mac and cheese and then stirring in chopped up chicken, veggies and extra cheese afterwards. This ALL went in the garbage.

Received magazine on Tues and made this Tues night. It was great. Husband said that this was a keeper. Since I did not have cheddar cheese in house used mozzarella instead and it came out great. Thanks for your magazine - I use it every month and made sure all my family and friends get it.

Very easy and tasty! I added more salsa, sour cream, and chips than the recipe called for. Very good!

This recipe was delicious and cheesy! I cut up the chicken into pieces, rather than leaving the breasts whole, and added some seasoning. It makes quite a bit!

Very good recipe. I would reccomend it with a vegtable stirfry. Did not taste as good warmed up as when first served.

Awesome. Super easy for a busy weeknight. Even better with some sauteed onions added to the mix. This one's a keeper!!
