I had some chicken breast left over from our Super Bowl party and thought about cooking them for dinner. I had no idea of what to cook so I searched kraft foods.com and found this recipe. I added in frozen broccoli and chopped up the chicken breast. Everybody really enjoyed it and I didn't have to worry about three-day-old leftovers. :) I would recommend this recipe to everyone.

I found this recipe in the Winter Kraft magazine and thought it looked really good. I used a frozen mixture of California vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots). It was a great meal!! I want to make this for my family's next event because I know it will be a great hit!

This turned out better than I thought it would. The noodles were creamy and the chicken was surprisingly tender. My kids don't like anything green so I used corn as the vegetable. My 4 yr old said that it was really good! As an added bonus, this was an extremely quick and easy meal to make.
