VELVEETA-Cheesy Chicken Rotini

VELVEETA-Cheesy Chicken Rotini recipe
What makes this dish so rich and creamy? The way the cheese melts in and through all the pasta, veggies and slightly hot chiles. All this and it's smart eating, too.

We love this recipe, although we use 3/4 lb. velveeta.

Adding a can of rotel does not make this recipe flavorful. It's like I decided to mix chicken with macaroni & cheese and through in rotel. It is all disjointed. Will not be making this again.

I would suggest adding more cheese in than what the recipe calls for. On top of that, it needs more flavor. Just adding rotel in doesn't automatically add flavor. I am unsure of whether or not I would make this again.

I love this recipe! I boiled /simmered the chicken this time, shredded it and put it into the boiled pasta with the veggies. REALLY good!

Love, Love, LOVE this! It's a huge hit at home, though I do add a bit more noodles, and sometimes I add just a splash of milk to make the cheese a bit creamier.

This was very easy to make and very tasty. It was a hit with my husband. I liked that it was a one pot dish.

I first found this recipe in a magazine and pulled page out thinking I would try it. I am always looking for something different to cook. Didn't know if husband would like it or not. To my surpise we both loved it. He told to make this again. Used more velveeta Next time I will put vegetables in ahead of cheese and let cook for awhile, then add cheese.

I was excited to try this recipe since it's a twist on regular mac & cheese, however, it fell flat of my expectations. It wasn't very flavorful even with the rotel. At best it was edible.

Makes a huge amount of food. Absolutely no flavor at all. Followed the recipe--really needs some type of flavor- very bland. Would not make again- drained the rotel tomatoes as instructed-put the leftovers in the garbage....:(
