Surprisingly good, i will keep it for a quick and easy meal. I did add a bit more cheese ( we looove cheese)
This is my kind of cooking. One-dish meals. It was quick and easy. I've made this with the rotel and w/seasoned diced tomatoes..both times were good. I preferred the rotel because it adds more flavor. My family and children absolutely loved it.
I loved this recipie, although my husband thought it was "too cheesy". I froze the leftover and it was still very good after being frozen.
My brother is a picky eater especially with veggies, but for some reason, he ate everything on his plate with this recipe. My boyfriend LOVED it as well, he had many many servings. It was so YUMMY!
Pretty good. I thought it lacked a little flavor but I will make it again. I think I will add some salsa and a few extra spices next time.
My boyfriend is such a picky eater. I made this last night and got a "Hey this is pretty ** good!" It's the best compliment he has ever offered. He said it was hearty tasting and loved the "heat". I would suggest cooking more chicken than is on the recipe. I think there was enough chicken for the two of us but pasta/vegi for four. I will make this again!
Delicious! It has a little kick to it when you add the diced tomatoes and green chillies made by RO*TEL. My boyfriend and I loved it!! Very Easy to make also!
My room-mate does not like chicken but she asked me to make this again she enjoyed it so much. We have tried it with different kinds of pasta and other vegtables and even added tuna instead of chicken. It's great.
My sister-in-law made this without the broccoli and it was very good.
I actually have been making a recipe like this for a few years. Instead of water I use chicken broth, and I buy a cooked whole rotisserie chicken from the grocery store deli and cut it up and add to spaghetti. I sometimes use mexican velveeta for an extra kick!!
