VELVEETA-Cheesy Chicken Rotini

VELVEETA-Cheesy Chicken Rotini recipe

What makes this dish so rich and creamy? The way the cheese melts in and through all the pasta, veggies and slightly hot chiles. All this and it's smart eating, too.

This is one of my husband's favorites! I've managed to cut a few calories by using whole wheat pasta and 2% velveeta. Still takes great though.

I love this recipe! I use a half can of cream of chicken soup as well and I also use canned chicken instead. It shreds up in there better. Sometimes I also will add a half of a small block of the Mexican Velveeta and it's excellent! Great with garlic bread if you don't care about carbs :)

One of my favorite meals- and so easy! We make it at least once every 2 weeks. My husband begs for this dish!

I like to use hot rotel instead of regular. NOT FOR THE ONE WHO DOESN"T LIKE SPICY!!!

The basic concept was very good. I was a bit disappointed in the flavor. Being new here I was afraid to add my personal touch. Next time I make this I will definatly sautee the chicken in garlic and basil for additional flavoring. Having a nice salad and a blush wine made for a great combination.
