VELVEETA-Cheesy Chicken Rotini

This player is created by Blackwell Team for testing.

What makes this dish so rich and creamy? The way the cheese melts in and through all the pasta, veggies and slightly hot chiles. All this and it's smart eating, too.

This spaghetti is really good. My family liked it, including my picky little eater. I used chicken broth instead of water. I also liked that the Rotel didn't make it very spicy it was more of a mild flavor. I will make this dish again

I really liked this recipe. My only problem was that I made the vegetables get too soft. It was my fault though, not the recipe.

The family loved it. Hardly had anything left to put away.

I made the mistake of just putting in the cheese, pasta, chicken, and broccoli. Next time, I will follow correctly and not try to make it my own, because it was not appetizing the way I made it.

Delicious recipe! I used regular tomatoes, no chiles, because we aren't big fans of spicy but other than that, I did everything the way it was written. Maybe next time I will cook the spaghetti separate though because I turned away for 5 seconds and when I turned back some of the spaghetti had browned. And the chicken turned out a little dry so I might try and add the cheese a little earlier so the chicken can soak in the moisture.

I have been making this for a long time. Instead of water, I use 1 can of Cream of Chicken soup and 1 cup of chicken broth! Gives it much more flavor! I have never made it with the broccoli mix? Everyone here LOVES it!! And it's easy to make!

Very good dish. I add a little more cheese than required but I have made it many times and my boyfriend loves it! If you dont like it spicy though dont use mild rotel.
