I made this because I had a craving for my grandma's crackerball soup, but did want to go through the entire long process of making the soup from scratch. I cooked it in the crockpot and made the matzo balls to go with it. The flavor of the soup didn't wow me, but it was still very good and even my picky eaters loved it. Maybe next time I'd play around with things to up the flavor a bit, but I would definitely make this again.
