Veggie Pasta Primavera

Veggie Pasta Primavera recipe

You don’t have to tell anyone that this sauce-alicious pasta dish is better for you. With fresh spinach and peppers in a creamy cheese sauce, they won’t believe you anyway.

I am planning on making this recipe soon so I was reading other ratings. I just wanted to suggest reserving a ladle or two of the pasta cooking water to add to the sauce mixutre to prevent the dryness people talked about. The cooking water will thin the sauce and make the whole dish easier to mix together.

I agree. This recipe is dry and bland. Next time I will add more seasonings and double the sauce. My husband liked it. It as very easy to make.

I wanted to take this recipe for a potluck at work so I made it for my family first. It was very good, although we thought it was a bit dry. When I made it for my work I doubled the sauce mixture and it was much better. I could use an idea on how to keep the spinach from melding into one big spinach ball. Very tasty recipe.

After mixing the two, give it a little time for the sauce to properly set...mine was a bit runny. Otherwise, it is quite delicious & such a nice change of pace from heavier & meat ladden pastas.

nice mix and easy

It was a little bland. Next time I would add more spices and use less pasta.

This was pretty good, but too much pasta for the small amount of sauce. I would cut everything but sauce in 1/2 b/c it does make a lot of servings. Also, past mixture became very dry and was hard to toss in the sauce. I would probably add more seasonings. That dip alone is excellent on crackers/veggies but turns bland when combined with milk and this amount of food.

Wasn't that flavorfull and unfortunately I had tons of the stuff so I had to eat it for days.
