I am on a diet, and it gives me something to eat that I don't feel guilty about eating. It is easy to make and my family enjoys it.

A different variation that I enjoyed was using oreos instead of nilla wafers and use vanilla yogurt instead of strawberry. For chocolate lovers!

This was very good and quick and easy to make. I made a dozen in paper lined muffin tins by combining 2 - 8 oz Yogurts and 1/4 container of Cool Whip Lite and used 24 Reduced Fat Nilla Wafers. (You made need a knife to "pop" them out of the muffin tin!

This recipe is good, I think they would be perfect for a hot summer day, but not for every day...when I make them again I will use more vanilla wafers

I really enjoyed this recipe and was looking forward to it all week. The best part is that you can make an 8 oz of yogurt with the 8 oz of cool whip and freeze the leftovers and have enough for a week!!

I think this one is great! I'm always looking for easy dessert recipes, and this low-calorie, low-fat one hits the spot. I'm going to try it with other flavors (raspberry yogurt is my favorite) and maybe use chocolate wafers, too!

A great dessert to trick me into thinking I'm eating rich creamy ice cream (and so easy to make)! I layed the cookie on top, so it was like eating an ice cream sandwich. I have also tried it with different flavors of yogurt and love every one so far. This recipe is getting forwarded to all my friends who are trying to live healthy and need a satisfying dessert or snack.
