Strawberry Yogurt Freeze recipe

I am on a diet, and it gives me something to eat that I don't feel guilty about eating. It is easy to make and my family enjoys it.

I was really looking forward to this treat and I was quite disappointed............not good at all-sorry!
I use fat free yogurt and fat free cool whip and I leave off the cookies. These are great for satisfying a sweet tooth without the added calories and fat. My husband who usually doesn't care for any type of dessert loves these. I love the variety they offer and it's great trying new flavors. I have several of them in my freezer right now! And they'll be even more wonderful in the summer.
Delicious! I've made this with all flavors of fat free light yogurt and used Cool Whip fat free. Very tasty. Makes for a light, refreshing, healthy, and easy treat.
I leave off the Nilla wafers (cuts the calories quite a bit). I use all different kinds of yogurt and they taste amazing. I always buy low fat or lite yogurt and I really like it with French Apple Pie yogurt.. (lowfat of course) These taste like such a dessert.
