I've made this several times and everyone loves it. It is also versatile. You can also add sliced avocados and or sliced red peppers to the salad for a different flavor.

I loved this salad, what I like about your salad recipes is the fact that you remind me to use other vegetables instead of just the usual.

This was very good. Instead of using asparagus and tomatoes, I substituted cucumbers and shredded carrot, changed the dressing to Light Italian, n it still tasted great!

This was a fantastic meal. The asparagus really made it special. I'll be making it again soon.

A scrumpcious delightful treat! It was so good I wanted more instantly. This recipe was one of my absolute favorites. If I had to choose between a regular salad or a Springtime chicken ceasar salad, I would choose the springtime chicken ceasar salad. It was a delicous meal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just by going over the recipe I could tell this looks very good. My only concern is the sodium content. Maybe I should just lessen the parmesan cheese. I am going to make this asap.

It seems very appealing But the over all fat content is very high
