Baked Cod Fillets recipe

Tomatoes and green chiles add bold flavor and a zap of heat to flawlessly flaky fish. Did we mention this ready-in-15-minutes seafood idea is also low-fat?

This was super fast and easy to make. I used reduced-fat cheese to cut back on the calories. My husband loved it and I'll definitely make it again.

Very Good - but I find it better if I cook it longer apprx 20 minutes.

This was a good recipe. I thawed the cod first and after I put in pan and added other ingredients I drained the water that had collected in the pan. I think it would have been soupy if I hadn't. Good flavor and easy to make. Will do again.

I loved this recipe! I am glad I read the comments, because I too, would have left the juice from the diced tomatoes in. I am not one that likes to cook, because it is so dragged out. This was short, sweet, easy, and delicious! I love cod and there are not too many recipes out there. I was in Publix today, talking to the seafood representative, telling him what a great recipe this was. I am going back so that I can give him this recipe! I hope to find many more great recipes on this site! Lisa

I know why you had so much water and it was mushy... you probably didn't drain the tomatoes. Same thing happened to me first time making it. Second time was great though.

I dont know what happened, but the fish was really mushy. Maybe thats how cod is supposed to be, but i doubt it. And, in the bottom of the pan was nothing but water.... threw it all into the garbage.
